Payments & insurance
Health Summit Wellness Center is a direct-pay practice.
Medical insurance: our services may be covered by your health insurance based on the specifics of your policy, according to your “out of network” benefits. We can provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit for direct reimbursement. We are not contracted with any health insurers or government-sponsored insurance plans. For participants in Medicaid and all other government-sponsored plans, the visits are not reimbursable at this time.
Unless other arrangements are made, payment is due at the time of service.
